    Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana State Department of Health intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

    OVERVIEW: Adds 410 IAC 15-4 to require hospitals and ambulatory outpatient surgical centers to report health care associated infections. Effective 30 days after filing with the Publisher. Questions or written comments concerning the proposed rule may be directed to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority: IC 16-21-1-7.
