Notice of Public Hearing

Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on March 4, 2016, at 10:00 a.m., at the Indiana State Board of Education, 143 West Market Street, Conference Room 118, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana State Board of Education will hold a public hearing on proposed changes to Title 511 of the Indiana Administrative Code. The proposed rule amends 511 IAC 15-7-2 by shortening the 90-day cut score effective date waiting period.

The proposed rule would not impose requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).

Copies of these rules are now on file at the State Board of Education, 143 West Market Street, Suite 500 and Legislative Services Agency, Indiana Government Center North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N201, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
