TITLE 68 INDIANA GAMING COMMISSION

Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule LSA Document #10-52

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana Gaming Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 68 IAC 1-1-57 to update terminology. Amends 68 IAC 2-2 to update terminology; update supplier licensee requirements; avoid duplicating statutory standards; minimize expenses by reducing paperwork; comply with the administrative rules drafting manual; clarify conditions for license expiration; update license levels for supplier-related occupational licensees; update reporting requirements; delegate authority to the executive director concerning records, licensing, and deviations from rules; include IC 4-35; and better explain nonrenewals. Adds 68 IAC 2-2-5.1 concerning temporary supplier's licenses, 68 IAC 2-2-5.2 concerning insurance, and 68 IAC 2-2-5.3 concerning permanent supplier's licenses. Makes numerous technical changes. Repeals 68 IAC 7-1-5, 68 IAC 7-1-6, 68 IAC 7-1-7, 68 IAC 7-1-8, 68 IAC 7-1-11, 68 IAC 7-1-12, and 68 IAC 7-1-14. Public questions or comments concerning the proposed rule may be directed to Adam F.
