OVERVIEW: Adds 511 IAC 7-32 through 511 IAC 7-47 to conform to federal requirements for special education. Repeals 511 IAC 7-17 through 511 IAC 7-31. Statutory authority: IC 20-19-2-8; IC 20-19-2-16.
