Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Department of Local Government Finance intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 50 IAC 15-3-1 to add an additional course requirement for certification as a Level One certified assessor-appraiser. Amends 50 IAC 15-3-3 to add an additional course requirement for certification as a Level Two certified assessor-appraiser. Adds 50 IAC 15-3-7 to establish the requirements for certification as a Level Three certified assessor-appraiser. Adds 50 IAC 15-3-8 to establish the continuing education requirements for a Level Three certified assessor-appraiser. Written comments should be addressed to Catherine H.
