TITLE 250 LAW ENFORCEMENT TRAINING BOARD

Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule LSA Document #10-67

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Law Enforcement Training Board intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 250 IAC 2-12 concerning the Law Enforcement Training Board, through its executive director, which shall certify handgun safety courses for probation officers, shall set all appropriate fees, and shall approve all forms. Statutory authority: IC 5-2-1-9(m) Version b; IC 11-13-1-3.5(3).
