Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule LSA Document #10-106

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Office of Attorney General for the State intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 10 IAC 6 to establish requirements for the brand family directory under IC 24-3-5.4-14 and for calendar quarter escrow deposits and certifications by tobacco product manufacturers not participating in the Master Settlement Agreement entered into on November 23, 1998, by the state and leading United States tobacco product manufacturers.
