Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 810 IAC 2 to establish and maintain an electronic health care volunteer registry. Comments and questions may be addressed to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority: IC 25-22.5-15-5.
