Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana Gaming Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 68 IAC 11-3-2 concerning internal controls. Amends 68 IAC 15-8-1 concerning a casino licensee's independent audit committee. Amends 68 IAC 15-14 concerning financial statement audits. Makes numerous technical changes. Public questions or comments concerning the proposed rule may be directed to Adam F.
