Sec. 2. The Mega Millions Product Group Rules adopted by MUSL on December 15, 2009, and last amended on September 21, 2010, October 25, 2011, is hereby incorporated by reference and shall govern the conduct of the Hoosier Lottery Mega Millions game and Mega Millions promotion. The incorporated document is available for public view at www.hoosierlottery.com, and copies may be obtained by request mailed to the offices of the State Lottery Commission of Indiana at 201 South Capitol Ave., Suite 1100, 1302 N.
