Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Department of Insurance intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 760 IAC 1-72 to extend protections in annuity transactions to all consumers regardless of age. Written comments should be addressed to Meggan Brumbaugh, Department of Insurance, 311 West Washington Street, Indianapolis, IN 46204. Statutory authority: IC 27-4-9-4 (as amended by P.L.131-2007, SECTION 4).
