    Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Alcohol and Tobacco Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

    OVERVIEW: Adds 905 IAC 1-48 to establish and implement the process for review and approval of the floor plan of an establishment licensed to sell alcoholic beverages, to outline the specific process for seeking approval at the initial, intermediate, and final stages of the application process, to outline the process for seeking approval for any amendments by the permit holder to the floor plan after approval by the Indiana State Excise Police and the Local Alcoholic Beverage Board, and to set forth a process for appeal in the event a floor plan is denied by the Indiana State Excise Police or the Local Alcoholic Beverage Board. Questions or comments concerning the proposed rules may be directed to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority: IC 7.1-2-3-7.
