    Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Department of Correction intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

    OVERVIEW: Amends 210 IAC 3-1 concerning definitions; administrations and organization; fiscal management; personnel; training and staff development; management information systems-inmate records; physical plant; commissary operations; safety and sanitation; clothing, bedding, and personal hygiene; medical care and health services; diet and food preparation; security and control; inmate supervision; inmate rights; mail and telephone communication; discipline, written rules; inmate classification; new inmate admission; written procedures; and suicide prevention. Statutory authority: IC 11-8-2-5; IC 11-12-4-1.
