    Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana State Board of Animal Health intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

    OVERVIEW: The rule will repeal 345 IAC 7-5-27.5 containing requirements for equine piroplasmosis (EP) testing of equine prior to entering an exhibition premises for a horse racing meeting. Questions and comments concerning the proposed rule may be sent to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority: IC 15-17-3-13; IC 15-17-3-21; IC 15-17-15-9.
