TITLE 844 MEDICAL LICENSING BOARD OF INDIANA

Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule LSA Document #15-421

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Medical Licensing Board of Indiana intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 844 IAC 5-9 to establish criteria for approval of locations, which provide a health care service described in IC 34-30-13-1.2, eligible to be placed on the electronic health care volunteer registry. Public comments are invited and may be directed to the Medical Licensing Board of Indiana: Darren R.
