Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule LSA Document #13-566

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Secretary of State intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Repeals 75 IAC 2 and 75 IAC 4. Adds 75 IAC 6 to combine edited versions of both 75 IAC 2 and 75 IAC 4 and to establish and implement the licensing and plate process and requirements for Auto Dealer Services and add licensing and plate requirements for wholesale dealers and licensed manufacturer research and development plates. Statutory authority: IC 9-32-3-1.
