NOTE:IC 4-22-2.5-5 authorizes the Governor to postpone, by executive order, the expiration of rules for one year. Executive Order #07-22, issued December 28, 2007, and posted at20080116-IR-GOV080004EOA , postponed the expiration of the rules in this document until January 1, 2009.
