Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana Board of Accountancy intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 872 IAC 1-3-3.2 to define "group program", "independent study", and "self-study", to establish the type of CPE courses that can and cannot be counted as self-study, and to establish additional educational methods that licensees can obtain CPE.
