    DIGEST

    Temporarily amends LSA Document #06-370(E), posted as 20060913-IR-312060370ERA, and LSA Document #06-574(E), posted as 20061213-IR-312060574ERA, which regulate the emerald ash borer as a pest or pathogen and which establish a quarantine, to regulate Union Township in Adams County, Cedar Creek Township in Allen County, Spencer Township in Dekalb County, and Richland Township in Steuben County as infested areas and to quarantine Allen County and Dekalb County. Effective December 11, 2006.


    SECTION 1. (a) This SECTION is supplemental to LSA Document #06-370(E), posted as 20060913-IR-312060370ERA, and LSA Document #06-574(E), posted as [20061213-IR-312060574ERA].

    (b) The following areas are infested with emerald ash borer (Agrilus planipennis):
    (1) Cedar Township in Allen County;
    (2) Richland Township in Steuben County;
    (3) Spencer Township in Dekalb County; and
    (4) Union Township in Adams County.

    (c) Under LSA Document #06-370(E) and LSA Document #06-574(E), Cedar Creek Township is regulated as an infested area, and Allen County is quarantined.

    (d) Under LSA Document #06-370(E) and LSA Document #06-574(E), Spencer Township is regulated as an infested area, and Dekalb County is quarantined.

    SECTION 2. SECTION 1 of this document expires August 31, 2007.
