Extension of Comment Period Deadline

The Indiana Department of Environmental Management gives notice that the end date for public comments for the Updated List of Impaired Waters under Section 303(d) of the CWA, posted at 20070926-IR-318070556ONA, has been extended. The changed public Comment Period Deadline appears below:

Comment Period Deadline

This public comment period will begin on September 26, 2007, and end on January 31, 2008. Comments must be postmarked, hand delivered, or faxed not later than January 31, 2008.

Copies of the Draft 2008 303(d) List are now on file at the Office of Water Quality, Indiana Department of Environmental Management, Indiana Government Center-North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N1255 and Legislative Services Agency, One North Capitol, Suite 325, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
