    Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Division of Family Resources intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

    OVERVIEW: Amends 470 IAC 1-4-3, 470 IAC 3-18-23, and 470 IAC 11.1-5-1 to make various administrative changes to the time limits and procedures for filing appeals requests by applicants or recipients. Comments and questions may be addressed to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority: IC 12-8-8-4; IC 12-13-2-3; IC 12-13-5-3.
