Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Division of Family Resources intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 470 IAC 1-4-3, 470 IAC 3-18-23, and 470 IAC 11.1-5-1 to make various administrative changes to the time limits and procedures for filing appeals requests by applicants or recipients.
