TITLE 839 SOCIAL WORKER, MARRIAGE AND FAMILY THERAPIST, AND MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR BOARD

Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, and Mental Health Counselor Board intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 839 IAC 1-2-1, 839 IAC 1-2-2, 839 IAC 1-4-5, 839 IAC 1-6-2, and 839 IAC 1-6-3 and adds 839 IAC 1-1-3.9; 839 IAC 1-4-3.1, 839 IAC 1-4-3.2, and 839 IAC 1-4-3.3 to implement rules based on P.L.134-2008 (HEA 1172) to establish educational, experience, licensing, and continuing education requirements for marriage and family therapist associates.
