Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on January 4, 2017, at 3:00 p.m., at the Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Conference Room 2, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Bureau of Motor Vehicles will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to clarify and update regulations in light of recent reforms to IC 9, repeal outdated procedures or procedures currently covered by IC 9, and add procedures mandated by IC 9. The proposed rule would also amend the points value table and the assessment of points for certain offenses.

The proposed rule amendments would not impose requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).
