    Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana State Board of Education intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

    OVERVIEW: Adds provisions to explain and implement minimum expenditure requirements for provision of special education and related services for students with disabilities who are placed by parents in nonpublic schools as required by IC 20-43-7-9. Comments and questions may be addressed to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority: IC 20-43-7-9.
