DIGEST

Temporarily amends LSA Document #06-370(E), posted at 20060913-IR-312060370ERA, which regulates the emerald ash borer as a pest or pathogen and which establishes a quarantine, to regulate Westchester Township as an infested area and to quarantine Porter County. Effective December 7, 2006.

SECTION 1. (a) This SECTION is supplemental to LSA Document #06-370(E), which is posted at 20060913-IR-312060370ERA.

(b) Westchester Township in Porter County is infested with emerald ash borer (Agrilus planipennis).

(c) Under LSA Document #06-370(E), Westchester Township is regulated as an infested area, and Porter County is quarantined.

SECTION 2. SECTION 1 of this document expires August 31, 2007.
