    EXECUTIVE ORDER: 12-18

    FOR: PARDON FOR JARELL DAYHUFF


    TO ALL TO WHOM THESE PRESENTS MAY COME, GREETINGS;

    WHEREAS, JARELL DAYHUFF, who petitioned for a pardon, was convicted in Owen County of Second Degree Burglary in 1963; and

    WHEREAS, the petitioner, is now a 69 year-old man who has been a productive member of society, and was employed for many years at RCA; and

    WHEREAS, the petitioner has been actively involved in his community and has been active in Sherwood Oaks Christian Church; and

    WHEREAS, the Parole Board, after careful investigation and examination of all the facts in this case, has recommended to the Governor that this pardon be granted.

    NOW THEREFORE, I, Mitchell E. Daniels, Jr., Governor of the State of Indiana, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of said State do hereby issue a Pardon to JARELL DAYHUFF.

    IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I, Mitchell E. Daniels, Jr., have hereunto set my hand and caused to be affixed the Great Seal of the State of Indiana on this 8th day of November, 2012.
