    EXECUTIVE ORDER: 12-15

    FOR: PARDON FOR BRIAN MANKIN


    TO ALL TO WHOM THESE PRESENTS MAY COME, GREETINGS;

    WHEREAS, BRIAN MANKIN, who petitioned for a pardon, was convicted in Warren, Vermillion, and Vigo Counties of Operating a Vehicle with a Suspended License nine times, Unpaid Speeding Tickets between 1989 and 1995, and has been labeled a Habitual Traffic Offender; and

    WHEREAS, the petitioner, is now a 42 year-old man who has been a productive member of society, and works for Newell Property Services; and

    WHEREAS, the petitioner has been actively involved in his community, and lives in Frederick, Maryland with his wife and two children; and

    WHEREAS, the Parole Board, after careful investigation and examination of all the facts in this case, has unanimously recommended to the Governor that this pardon be granted.

    NOW THEREFORE, I, Mitchell E. Daniels, Jr., Governor of the State of Indiana, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of said State do hereby issue a Pardon to BRIAN MANKIN.

    IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I, Mitchell E. Daniels, Jr., have hereunto set my hand and caused to be affixed the Great Seal of the State of Indiana on this 8th day of November, 2012.
