TITLE 68 INDIANA GAMING COMMISSION

Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule LSA Document #12-659

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana Gaming Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 68 IAC 1-12.5 concerning promotional events hosted by casino licensees, the submission requirements for hosting a promotional event, internal controls, and deviations from the provisions of the rule. Amends 68 IAC 15-12-3 concerning live gaming device fill procedures. Public questions or comments concerning the proposed rule may be directed to David P.
