    Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

    Under IC 4-22-2-23, the State School Bus Committee intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

    OVERVIEW: Amends 575 IAC 1-9-15 to allow a driver to delay completing the cycle for turning the child alert notification system off when the bus ignition is turned off. Amends 575 IAC 1-9-28 to clarify and provide additional specifications for the contents of first aid kits. Amends 575 IAC 1-9-51 to include specifications for optional rear stop arms. Statutory authority: IC 20-27-3-4.
