TITLE 405 OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY OF FAMILY AND SOCIAL SERVICES

Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule LSA Document #09-928

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Office of the Secretary of Family and Social Services intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 405 IAC 5-9-1 and 405 IAC 5-25-2 to correct conflicting IAC language regarding the number of allowable office visits per calendar year. The proposed rule change would conform all IAC references to the number of allowable office visits to 30 per calendar year, per recipient, per provider without prior authorization. Statutory authority: IC 12-8-6-5; IC 12-15-1-10; IC 12-15-21-3.
