TITLE 327 WATER POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD

Agency Correction LSA Document #12-574(AC)

Under IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following typographical, clerical, or spelling errors in the Indiana Administrative Code:

(1) In 327 IAC 2-1.3-2(43)(A), delete "(39)" and insert "(38)".

(2) In 327 IAC 2-1.3-2(43)(B), delete "(39)" and insert "(38)".

(3) In 327 IAC 2-1.3-7(c), delete "(2)" before "The commissioner, prior to utilizing the funds in the OSRW improvement fund," and insert "(d)".

(4) In 327 IAC 2-1.3-7(c), delete "(3)" before "The commissioner shall utilize the funds in the OSRW improvement fund" and insert "(e)".

(5) In 327 IAC 2-1.3-7(c)(3)(A), delete "(A)" and insert "(1)".

(6) In 327 IAC 2-1.3-7(c)(3)(B), delete "(B)" and insert "(2)".

(7) In 327 IAC 2-1.3-7(c)(3)(C), delete "(C)" and insert "(3)".
