TITLE 405 OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY OF FAMILY AND SOCIAL SERVICES

Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule LSA Document #13-498

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Office of the Secretary of Family and Social Services intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 405 IAC 2-2.5 to implement new Medicaid financial eligibility requirements for certain Medicaid applicants or recipients. Adds 405 IAC 2-6-1.5 to change the eligibility calculation determination for certain individuals. Adds 405 IAC 2-6-3 to include a new category of assistance for former foster care children. Repeals 405 IAC 2-6-1. Comments and questions may be addressed to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority: IC 12-15-1-10; IC 12-15-21-2; IC 12-15-21-3.
