TITLE 868 STATE PSYCHOLOGY BOARD

Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule LSA Document #09-872

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the State Psychology Board intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 868 IAC 1.1-4-1 regarding the doctoral degree in psychology and educational requirements for licensure. Amends 868 IAC 1.1-5-7 removing the waiting period between examinations. Amends 868 IAC 1.1-12-4 regarding procedures for requesting duplicate license or renewal cards. Repeals 868 IAC 1.1-5-2.
