Notice of Public Hearing

Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on December 28, 2010, at 9:00 a.m. EST, at the Indiana Government Center North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N501, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Office of Environmental Adjudication will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to 315 IAC 1-1-2, which identifies provisions of the code of judicial conduct that are applicable to environmental law judges of the Office of Environmental Adjudication under IC 4-21.5-7-6(b)(3), to accommodate amendments received by the Indiana Supreme Court through October 15, 2008, and to allow environmental law judges to provide mediation services; amendments to 315 IAC 1-2-1 concerning definitions; amendments to 315 IAC 1-3-2 concerning procedures for correcting incomplete petitions for review; amendments to 315 IAC 1-3-3 concerning the use of electronic mail; amendments to 315 IAC 1-3-4 concerning page limits for briefs; and the addition of 315 IAC 1-3-4.1 concerning deadlines for filing responses and 315 IAC 1-3-13.1 concerning the record of proceeding and transcripts.

The proposed rule amendments would not impose requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).

Copies of these rules are now on file at Indiana Government Center North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N501 and Legislative Services Agency, Indiana Government Center North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N201, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
