TITLE 345 INDIANA STATE BOARD OF ANIMAL HEALTH

Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana State Board of Animal Health intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: The rule will update rules governing the production, transportation, processing, and sale of milk and milk products in 345 IAC 8, including updating the Pasteurized Milk Ordinance and other standards that are incorporated by reference. The rule will add procedures and requirements for the sale of unpasteurized milk and milk products for commercial feed for animals. Questions and comments on the proposed rule may be sent to the Indiana State Board of Animal Health, Attn: Legal Affairs, 805 Beachway Drive, Suite 50, Indianapolis, IN 46224, or by electronic mail to [e-mail]. Statutory authority: IC 15-2.1-3-19.
