Notice of Public Hearing

Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on January 29, 2016, at 10:00 a.m., at the Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Room W064, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana State Board of Health Facility Administrators will hold a public hearing to propose amendments and additions to Title 840 of the Indiana Administrative Code to provide student internships and internship facilities.

The proposed rule does not impose requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).

The Indiana State Board of Health Facility Administrators has the authority to promulgate rules in accordance with IC 25-26-13-4 in order to implement the requirements of IC 25-26-13-31.5. This rule will have no fiscal impact on small businesses or impose any cost to state or local government.

Copies of these rules are now on file at the Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Room W072 and Legislative Services Agency, Indiana Government Center North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N201, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
