TITLE 312 NATURAL RESOURCES COMMISSION

LSA Document #06-68(F), SECTION 3, posted at 20061206-IR-312060068FRA, provides that the rules take effect upon the Department of Natural Resources receiving notice of approval from the Office of Surface Mining and Reclamation of the U.S. Department of the Interior and notice of that approval being published in the Indiana Register.

Notice of approval has been received and is published at 72 FR 59005 (October 18, 2007), with the following exceptions:

(1) Amendments to redesignated 312 IAC 25-5-16(d) are not approved.

(2) Amendments to redesignated 312 IAC 25-5-16(e) are not approved.

(3) Amendments to redesignated 312 IAC 25-5-16(f) are not approved.

(4) Deletion of existing 312 IAC 25-5-16(g) is not approved.

(5) Amendments to redesignated 312 IAC 25-5-16(g) are not approved.

(6) 312 IAC 25-5-16(h), as a new subsection, is not approved.

(7) Deletion of existing 312 IAC 25-5-16(i) is not approved.

(8) Amendments to redesignated 312 IAC 25-5-16(i), as a new subsection, are not approved.

(9) 312 IAC 25-5-16(j), as a new subsection, is not approved.
