TITLE 675 FIRE PREVENTION AND BUILDING SAFETY COMMISSION

Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule LSA Document #11-684

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 675 IAC 28-1-6 to add the 2010 edition of NFPA 13R, National Fire Protection Association Standard for the Installation of Sprinkler Systems in Residential Occupancies up to and Including Four Stories in Height, and make conforming changes. Repeals 675 IAC 13-1-25. Effective 30 days after filing with the Publisher. Statutory authority: IC 22-13-2.
