Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana Department of Administration intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 25 IAC 9 to prohibit smoking on real property for which the Indiana Department of Administration is the custodian and performs property management functions. Comments may be addressed to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Effective 30 days after filing with the Publisher. Statutory authority: IC 4-13-1-7; IC 4-20.5-6-7.
