Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Board of Environmental Health Specialists intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 896 IAC 1-1-1 to revise the definition of "board". Amends 896 IAC 1-2-1 to revise examination requirements to address outsourcing the licensing examination.
