Agency Correction LSA Document #13-448(AC)

Under IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following typographical, clerical, or spelling errors in LSA Document #13-448(F), posted at 20141112-IR-312130448FRA:

(1) In 312 IAC 4-5-2(3)(A), delete "34 CFR 606.2" and insert "34 CFR 602.2".

(2) In 312 IAC 4-5-2(3)(B), delete "34 CFR 606.2" and insert "34 CFR 602.2".
