TITLE 848 INDIANA STATE BOARD OF NURSING

Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule LSA Document #15-380

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana State Board of Nursing intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 848 IAC 5-4 to regulate the prescriptive authorities of advanced practice nurses pertaining to the prescribing of opioids. Comments and questions may be addressed to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority: IC 25-22.5-13-3; IC 25-23-1-7.
