Under IC 4-22-2-23, the State Board of Dentistry intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 828 IAC 1-1-25 to establish requirements for the prescribing of opioid controlled substances for pain management. Comments and questions may be addressed to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority: IC 25-14-1-13; IC 25-22.5-13-3.
