DIGEST

Temporarily amends 312 IAC 4-5-2(3)(C) to clarify that a conservation officer applicant's four years of full-time active duty United States military service with honorable discharge satisfies as a prerequisite. Effective November 13, 2015.

SECTION 1. (a) This SECTION supersedes 312 IAC 4-5-2(3)(C).

(b) Four (4) years of full-time active duty United States military service with honorable discharge.

SECTION 2. This document takes effect November 13, 2015.
