TITLE 440 DIVISION OF MENTAL HEALTH AND ADDICTION

Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule LSA Document #09-875

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Division of Mental Health and Addiction intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 440 IAC 11, with regard to assertive community treatment teams, to provide definitions, establish certification requirements for assertive community treatment teams, and establish operational standards and requirements for assertive community treatment teams. Repeals 440 IAC 5.2. Questions and comments may be addressed to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority: IC 12-8-8-4; IC 12-21-2-3; IC 12-24-19-6.
