Agency Correction LSA Document #09-57(AC)

Under IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following typographical, clerical, or spelling errors in LSA Document #09-57(F), posted at 20091230-IR-511090057FRA:

(1) In 511 IAC 7-42-8(a), after "provided", delete "as soon as [the] necessary arrangements are completed, but not later than the following:".

(2) In 511 IAC 7-42-8(a)(1), after "(1)", insert "No later than".

(3) In 511 IAC 7-42-8(a)(2), after "(2)", delete "Ten (10)" and insert "On the eleventh".

(4) In 511 IAC 7-42-8(a)(2), after "instructional", delete "days" and insert "day".

(5) In 511 IAC 7-42-8(a)(2), after "regarding a student's proposed IEP.", delete "However" and insert "that is subsequent to the initial IEP, unless the parent consents in writing to an earlier implementation date".

(6) In 511 IAC 7-42-8(a)(2), after "challenges to the proposed IEP", insert "prior to its implementation".
