Under IC 4-22-2-24, IC 13-14-8-6, and IC 13-14-9, notice is hereby given that the hearing to be held on October 21, 2009, at 1:30 p.m., at the Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Conference Center Room A, Indianapolis, Indiana, by the Underground Storage Tank Financial Assurance Board on the rules regarding amendments to 328 IAC 1, concerning the Underground Excess Liability Trust Fund (ELTF) is cancelled. When rescheduled, this hearing will be noticed in the Change in Notice of Public Hearing section of the Indiana Register.
