Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana State Department of Health intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 410 IAC 1 to require the reporting of human death to the department when the person was or may have been infected with the influenza virus. Written comments may be submitted to the Indiana State Department of Health, Information Services and Policy Commission, 2 North Meridian Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46204. Statutory authority: IC 16-19-3-4; IC 16-41-1-2.
