    Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Division of Family Resources intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

    OVERVIEW: Amends 470 IAC 10.3-1-1 to include a definition of "mailed". Amends 470 IAC 10.3-10-1 to exempt recently resettled refugees from the IMPACT program. Comments and questions may be addressed to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority: IC 12-13-7-5; IC 12-13-14-2; IC 12-14-28-7.
