Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Natural Resources Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 312 IAC 6-2-6, 312 IAC 8-2-13, and 312 IAC 11-2-12, which define "marina" on navigable waters, lakes on DNR properties, and public freshwater lakes, respectively, to remove parallel provisions stating a structure with docks would qualify. Effective 30 days after filing with the Publisher.
